Dizziness, Vertigo and Vestibular Rehabilitation in Burlington

Dizziness and vertigo can be unsettling and disruptive. Vestibular rehabilitation targets the inner ear and balance system to reduce symptoms.

Understanding the condition

About dizziness & vestibular rehab

The vestibular system in the inner ear helps control balance and eye movements. Problems such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis and concussion-related dizziness can cause spinning, unsteadiness and nausea. Vestibular rehabilitation uses specific manoeuvres and exercises to help the brain and inner ear work together again.
