Who Compression Helps

Lighter legs, from morning to evening

Compression socks apply graduated pressure, firmest at the ankle and easing toward the knee, to help blood return from the lower legs and reduce fluid pooling in the feet.

01

Tired, heavy legs

Legs that ache or feel heavy by the end of the day often respond well to graduated compression, which assists blood returning from the lower legs.

02

On your feet all day

Nurses, teachers, retail and trades workers who stand for long shifts use compression to reduce swelling and fatigue through the day.

03

Desk days and long drives

Extended sitting slows circulation in the calves. A comfortable daily sock keeps ankles from swelling during long workdays and commutes.

04

Travel and flights

Long flights and road trips are a common reason to start. Compression reduces ankle swelling and helps legs feel fresher on arrival.

05

Pregnancy

Swelling and heaviness in the legs are common during pregnancy. Maternity-appropriate compression offers comfortable daily support.

06

Recovery and activity

Runners, cyclists and active patients use sport compression during and after activity to support recovery and reduce muscle soreness.

Styles & Colours

Compression you will want to wear

Medical-grade compression no longer means beige stockings. Knee-high socks come in solid tones, stripes, argyles and soft ribbed knits, in cotton, merino and microfibre, so the pair you need is one you are happy to put on every morning.

No Appointment Required

Walk in, get measured, leave fitted

Attend during business hours to see one of our Certified Compression Sock Fitters. Your legs are measured, the right compression level is chosen, and most patients leave the same day with a pair that fits.

We keep a broad selection on hand, and special orders for less common sizes, colours and styles generally arrive within a few days.

We direct-bill most extended health plans for compression therapy. If you are unsure whether compression is appropriate for you, please speak with your physician.
