New patients are welcome at both clinics, and you do not need a doctor's referral. Call reception and we will book you with the right practitioner. We are on Harvester Road in south Burlington, a few minutes from the QEW, with free parking at the door.

Getting here
By car
We are on Harvester Road in south Burlington, a few minutes from the QEW. Take the Guelph Line or Walkers Line exit and head south to Harvester Road.
Parking
Free surface parking directly outside the clinic, with accessible spaces by the door and step-free entry.
By transit
Burlington Transit routes along Harvester Road and Guelph Line stop within a short walk of the clinic.
Direct billing to extended health providers
We provide direct billing to many major extended health benefit providers, including Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, GreenShield and Desjardins. In most cases this removes the need for patients to submit their own claim.
Coverage and direct-billing eligibility vary by insurer, individual plan and service. If you are unsure about your coverage, please contact your benefit provider. Alternatively, our team can contact your insurer during your visit to help confirm the coverage available to you.
Before You Arrive
Practical information
Your first appointment
Please arrive a few minutes early so that reception can complete your intake. Bring your insurance information and a list of any medications. For foot or orthotic appointments, please also bring the shoes you wear most often.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing, so that your practitioner can access and assess the area being treated. For lower-limb assessments, shorts are preferable.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so that the time can be offered to another patient. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.
Referrals
A physician referral is not required to book with any of our practitioners. Some insurance plans do require one before reimbursement, so we recommend confirming this with your provider in advance.
Insurance and payment
We provide direct billing to most major extended health providers. Where direct billing is not available, we issue a detailed receipt for your claim. Debit and all major credit cards are accepted.
