About neck pain

Neck pain commonly comes from the joints, muscles and discs of the cervical spine. Long hours at a screen, poor sleep positions and stress all contribute, as can injuries such as whiplash. Neck problems can also cause headaches and refer pain into the shoulders and arms. Treatment combines hands-on care with exercise to restore mobility and endurance.
