CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Experiencing back, neck or spinal pain?  Asthma or digestion problems?  Low energy or discomfort/pain from an injury?  There are so many conditions that chiropractic care can help – beyond just a sore back.  The experienced chiropractor at our Burlington clinic take an extremely caring and consultative approach to getting you back to optimal health.

When other medical conditions exist, many of our patients look to our chiropractic care to perfectly complement or support medical treatment by relieving the musculo-skeletal aspects associated with their condition.  The result is better alignment, relief from pain – and renewed vitality.

Chiropractic adjustment rarely causes discomfort.  However, patients may sometimes experience mild soreness or aching following treatment that usually resolves within 12 to 48 hours.

WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC CARE?

Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Chiropractors practice a manual approach, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventative care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints. The most common therapeutic procedure performed by doctors of chiropractic is known as “spinal manipulation,” also called “chiropractic adjustment.” Manipulation, or adjustment of the affected joint and tissues, restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, and allowing tissues to heal.
